30 day Money Back Guarantee

Software manufactured by Hilosoft Corporation under the product names Idea Composer® and HOPP™ (Hands on Profit Planner) provides you, the buyer, a 30 day money back guarantee. To receive a refund on a product purchased from Hilosoft, you must submit the return authorization code (provided with the product), prepay and ship the original CD or software media to Hilosoft Corporation PO Box 368, La Mesa, NM 88044. Upon receipt of the CD (with the RMA code) and within 3 business days Hilosoft will issue a credit to the buyer’s credit card for the full amount less original shipping charges. For download customers, a special RMA number, within the program, is provided with complete contact information and instructions for credit.
